She looks super hot in this black and white crystal encrusted jumpsuit by Balmain, added a pair of black Givenchy heels and working the sultry red lip.She sure is one of the best dressed at the blue carpet.
Andy Allo rocked this edgy textured red and black embroidered dress for the BBMA. She told Billboard "i'm originally from Cameroon so i love to incorporate interesting patterns and bright colors so this kind of worked with me".

Kesha walked the carpet in this black Givenchy dress in hip-high side slits paired this look with nude wedge ankle strap shoes.Would have preferred if the slit wasn't that dramatic. What do you think?
Justin Bieber wore an all leather look for his hit track performance "Take You". The custom made one sleeve jacket had blue panel at the side to create an illusion paired it with baggy pants and completed the look with black aviators and biker glove.
David Guetta also opted for the all black look, dressed in all black leather and black and white sneakers.His date had on a red leather embellished dress and white knee-high fringe boots.
Nicki's stage performance outfit, wearing a black crop top, ripped leggings, laced up boots, a spike gold jacket which she later removed and a cap.Your thoughts?

Psy looks dapper in this look, wearing a grey check blazer with black trimmed lapel, turned up the sleeve of the blazer to reveal the pink lining Paired the look with a black and white tux shoe and added a feminine touch to his look with the floral shades.He could have gone without the shades thou but i guess............it works well for him.

Wayne Newton and his wife looks elegant on the blue carpet at the billboard music award. Dressed in white and black, his wife also had on a black lace blouse and pants.Accessorized in turquoise necklace,matching earrings, Chanel clutch and a shawl.
We've always known Will.i.am for his unusual style of dressing but he looks good in this ensemble. He's wearing white shirt with matching blazer,paired with a maroon ankle trousers, accessorized with a beige fedora, silver glasses which matches his silver spiked Christian Louboutin loafers.
Wiz Kalifa looks good in his lanky frame wearing an all black leather ensemble by Bombay. Amber also looks OK in an asymmetric sheer dress with studded sleeves paired with ankle strap heels. The dress is not doing much for her voluminous figure.
Celine Dion looks gorgeous in this plunging neckline,gold metallic dress. She presented Taylor Swift with the award for Top Artist of the year.
Christiana Aguilera looks stunning as she shows off her slender body in a black long sleeve Versace top and Herve Leger skirt. She performed along side Pitbull for their song "Feel This Moment".

I guess the boys decided to rock the all black look at this years billboard awards. Jason Derulo looks good in the sleeveless black shirt showing off his toned arms and wore his blings tastefully not over doing it at all.
Taylor wore a military inspired shimmery high-wasted shorts and a basic blue t-shirt. We've seen this look on her so many times please, please, please try something else for a change.BORING.
Selena Gomez looks alright in this white atelier gown with neon piping by Versace paired with metallic Jimmy Choo heels. Something about the gown looks unfinished thou,the finishing near the neon pink on the hip looks awkward not so great look for me.
Not feeling this look worn by Carly rae Jepsen. The sheer, fishnet ensemble makes the outfit look cheap. The only good thing about the entire look is her new red hairdo and her shoes.
Chris Brown looks cool in his geometric patterned sweats,paired with black jeans and black and white high-top sneakers.
Actress Cleo Moretz looks cute in this patterned color-block mini dress by Fendi paired with a black and white checker heels. Looks like too much going on thou.
Jenny McCarthy definitely missed the mark in this black crop vest, shredded maxi skirt and boots that she had on for the awards. What do you think?
